通风管道道的安装规范要求有哪些
What are the installation specifications for ventilation ducts
1、安装通风管道前，应将图纸与施I现场进行核对，检查能否按设计的标高和位置进行安装。
1. Before installing the ventilation duct, the drawings should be checked with the construction site to see if it can be installed according to the designed elevation and position.
2、使用红外线定位放线,确保通风管道的间距及直线度,并按通风管道的中心线，找出吊杆安装位置，进行支 吊架安装。
2. Use infrared positioning and setting out to ensure the spacing and straightness of the ventilation ducts, and locate the installation position of the suspension rod according to the centerline of the ventilation duct, and install the support and hanger.
3、通风管道系统的各部分尺寸和角度确认准确无误后，开始组对安装,通风管道的连接应平直、不扭曲，且连接法兰的螺母应在同一侧。

4、通风管道与通风管道法兰间的垫片采用厚3mm及以上的耐热橡胶板,垫片不应凸入管内,亦怀宜突出法兰，且垫片中不应含有石棉及其它有害成分，且应耐油耐潮耐酸碱腐蚀。

5、通风管道安装时，保持通风管道中心线的水平，安装-段通风管道后使用水平 尺测量水平;通风管道长度超过20m时，设置防架，晦个系统不少于- -副。

6、在通风管道穿过需要封闭的防火、防爆的墙体或楼板时，应设预埋管或防护套管，其钢板厚度为2mm。通风管道与防护套管之间，应用不燃对人体无危害的柔性材料封堵。
